Free App That Could Save You Money 18/Jul/10 (Personal)

Hello All

We are all looking to save money in these lean times and I, like many of you spend a fair bit of time online looking for "bargains" in Ebay, Amazon and other stores.

We also spend a fair bit of money on these sites as it’s cheaper in many cases than buying in the stores meaning savings for me.

A friend of ours showed us something the other day and we think it’s so good (we've tried it) that we thought we would pass it on to you all.

Once you have it installed then all you need to do is use your normal search engine (Google or Yahoo etc) and type in the thing you are looking to buy. Try and be as specific as you can, as always.

Then when you press enter or click, on your search engine you will notice a little bar come up at the bottom of your browser - on this bar you will see a link marked COMPARE. Click this.

The Genie will then go off and look for the item you are looking for whilst trying to find you the cheapest listed item in all sites.

Within seconds of using the Genie she found, on a link in  Amazon, someone selling the exactly the same brand and spec for £300.00. That’s £147.00 saving!
