CRMs and online documenting 24/Jul/08 (Business)

Every now and again I see threads in various places asking about "the best CRMs".  A friend's just pointed me at zoho.com.  I've not tried the CRM bit but the other bits look quite cool and certainly the presentations bit (obviously the first bit I looked at as we do presentations for a living!  :) ) knocks Google.docs into a cocked hat.

Not fully explored it, but thought someone might find it useful.

This is a package of software that we may soon be adding as a benefit to n2c members. It has not yet got all the modules that ZoHo has but will have shortly. The good thing about it is that it has been developed  and is supplied by a UK company not the USA like ZoHo

To try out the software for free use the following username and password

username: rory
password: demoaccount

If any n2c member tests it out please let me know what you think of it and if there is anything you really like/dislike about it (via PM would be preferable)
