I am a Business Transfer Agent. Basically a Business Transfer Agent is an Estate Agent for businesses.

I own and run Horizon Business Agents, www.horizonbusinessagents.co.uk, we cover the London, Essex and East Anglia region selling businesses, what makes us different is that we are the first business agents in the whole of the country who sell businesses using online virtual tours.

As many buyers travel miles to see a business online virtual tours ensure that they do not waste their time and the vendors time by having appointments to see businesses that simply are not suitable. As a result vendors can sell their businesses with 40% less viewings than they would do with other agents.
