The trisight service overview is categorised into 4 primary areas, which cover an initial review of change initiatives or problem areas within a business through to interim assignments delivering the change initiative.

Business Transformation
Business Transformation describes the way in which organisations change, usually in order to re-align the business with a new or revised strategy. Typically this involves people, process and systems changes which need to be delivered in order to produce a step change within the business.

trisight can assist companies at all stages of their business transformation exercise. This covers the spectrum of activities from strategic thinking, detailed planning, implementation and post-implementation review.

Change Management
The concept of Change Management is a structured approach to moving something from its current state to a future, improved, state. Within organisations the change can be small, for example within a specific team or function, through to an initiative that touches everyone in the business.

trisight help organisations achieve the changes they require by the use of proven methodologies, plans, design and controlled delivery.

Programme Management
Programme Management is the process of managing multiple, inter-dependent projects. This can be as simple as a set of projects which use a common resource pool to a highly complex, global change programme. In an organisation, Programme Management is a way of coordinating resources across projects, functions, and sometimes separate group entities.

trisight have managed a number of complex programmes across a number of sectors primarily with a service orientated mandate. Many of these have had a heavy systems element and most have resulted in considerable change being delivered. Best practice methodologies such as PRINCE 2, PMBOK and DSDM are used.

Human Capital
Human resources is the department and associated support systems responsible for personnel sourcing and recruitment, applicant tracking, skills development and tracking, benefits administration and compliance with associated government regulations.

As the objective of Human Resources is to maximize the return on investment from the organisation's human capital and minimize financial risk trisight are able to assist organisations in the selection of outsource suppliers and systems.
