Hi.
I have been in the Wills and Trusts field for some time now and am still energised by it and the will to help others.
 I don't know just how you worry about this but I DO know of some people who need so much care and yet are ignored by Social Services as they claim the person is 'High Dependency' but not in need of nursing care...thus their assets are reduced to practically nothing! To me this is a scandal!
I know from my experiences with my own Mum that this is the case, so I am on a bit of a misssion to help others avoid this if they can.
Making a Will and Testament is often not enough...you need to make sure that whatever you or your parents now have is IN TRUST for the bloodline. This ensures that no matter who divorces whom, who is being lead by whom or who WANTS the main assets, that the people YOU choose actually DO get access to what you and your parents have strived for.
There are various Trusts around; Discretionary Trusts, Children's Trusts, Probate Trusts to mention but a few. I can also help with Probate, Business Wills (an essential for all out there who own their own businesses!)
