I have extensive experience in Coaching, Social Media, Marketing and
Networking, with unwavering motivation and clear focus to achieve my
goals.
A key part of what I do is to facilitate change in the lives of
offenders through the effective use of my skill set working in synergy
with theirs and those of the teams I work within,enabling them to break
their cycle of re-offending and secure paid employment.
The provision and delivery of tailor made support packages act as the
catalysts for change, bringing about the opportunity for new lives
without the constraints typically associated with this marginalized
social group.
With time spent in positive and fulfilling activity, such as training
and paid employment, thereby enhancing the individual's sense of well
being and self esteem, the risk of re-offending is greatly reduced..
In June of 2010 I took our project online, raising our public profile
and providing clients with a way of keeping informed of our activity
while at the same time making us more accessible to them.
In January 2011 I accepted the role of group manager for the 'Young
Offenders' sub group, which is part of the 'Reducing Re-offending'
discussion group here on Linkedin.
Looking forward, I want to broaden my professional experience and get
involved in further expansion of our support model, focusing on
behavioural therapy applications.
