I met Richard at a local networking event and was quite pleased to hear that he was in the mortgage brokering business due to my being in the process of re-mortgaging an investment property.

After exchanging a few emails, Richard very kindly agreed to visit me at my office where we discussed our respective businesses and my mortgage needs.  He also invited me to subscribe to Network2Connect, for which I am grateful.

Richard's style is very professional but also very friendly.  He took on board my mortgage situation, asking pertinent questions, and giving me some very good preliminary advice and suggestions.  After our meeting he promised to research my options, which he did and he got back to me within the promised period of time with good feedback.  At no time did I feel that Richard was trying to push me into a purchasing a product or service from him, and ironically, given my particular he actually advised that my probable best course of action is to purchase a product that he cannot provide.  Very refreshing to know that there is a mortgage broker out there who actually does want what is best for his clients. 

I would highly recommend Richard Fitzpatrick to anyone with mortgage financing needs.
