2001-present
I began to collate information from interviews with top achievers and the developed training models enabling people to think and behave more effectively. From this work I proved models in change management, team building, public speaking, stress prevention, work/life balance, goal setting, personal effectiveness and overcoming fears of change.

For 15 years I developed a quality catering business into a leading event catering, event management and corporate entertainment business. Interviewing and researching many of our nations highest achievers to further my personal interest in success theory.
Being frequently requested to give talks on my research, this inspired me to gain qualifications in public speaking to overcome a great fear of that art, and sell my business to start Stretch development Ltd.

I first met David Hyner 3 years ago he took the chair at the first BOB club to open in Birmingham our numbers were low David insisted that he was determined to increase the numbers to 40 guess what that’s what he did
I know he works extremely hard for charity and other good causes he has helped me by joining his GIS sales business I have met contacts that have helped me promote my company
I have seen David perform as a professional speaker his presentations are always entertaining

David invited me to talk at his monthly Goal Setting Stretch Group Meetings a few years back, and I never left. I witnessed many members come and go in the course of pursuing and achieveing their dreams and goals.
David it a calm and focused speaker, who on reflection is one of the few people who has taught me that true inspiration comes from having or offering a personal effect on anothers life. It's not something you can solely materialise from a book, or set of tapes or a remote guru.
