Business Networking Services is a company that I have started after many years in the IT industry. As an active networker I attend many breakfast meetings and as referral business is paramount in gaining incremental business, many owner managed businesses, whilst wishing they could employ full time sales people to become members of the various clubs, just can not afford to take on a salaried member of staff.
For a small "retainer" per month plus a mutually agreed commission/introducers fee on business placed, I will represent your company at every business meeting that I attend. On visiting end users I will present the portfolio of services that my retained clients can provide and I am sure that there will be a service that their current provider is either not performing to their expectations or a service they need but do not have a contact.
That is where I can help. With my vast contact database built up over the last 5 years I am fairly confident that I can help most companies find business and find contacts in other professions that they want to form a synergy with.
In respect of the Networking Clubs, many of you will be aware that you usually get a 60 second slot to forward your companies services and in my 60 seconds it would be inopportune of me to go through all of my "retained" clients as there could possibly be a similar profession in the room. In my 60 seconds I will basically talk about the services I can offer, listen to the requirements of other companies attending, and arrange 1 - 1 meetings where I can expand more on my clients and advise as to where I believe a meeting should be arranged between the two parties.
